This is a new segment to my blog called the Best of the Best. Each month, I will be selecting my favourite shop from each category in Starplaza and then my favourite item from it. The shop must have been opened over a month ago for it to become eligible to 'compete.' It will be kept short! I hope you enjoy and give me some feedback with ideas :)


1. Fashion - IT GIRLS


Stardoll has blown me away by their remodelling of classic shop, Stardoll, into IT GIRLS. The old shop will be missed, but let's face it, needed a new paint job here and there! I love their new creation of classy and sassy clothes, actually suiting the look of modern day fashion. This skyscraper soars its way up to first  with its remodelling improvement, classy and legit new clothing with a wonderful theme!

2. Styling - Sunny Bunny


This is a funny little shop, but I have been touched by its ability to create you a elegant, artistic look or a funny, bouncy one. There are loads of unique and original items from the previous shop items, and also brilliant new ones that are indeed very stylish. This store bounces along walls to its place at the top with its different styles, originality and also spontaneity!

3. Decor - Film Theory

"Enough!" I said, "You had me a flying monkeys, glittering castles, magical sets and snow-filled palaces!"

That's right - Film Theory! This is what I call a store, showcasing remarkable remakes of classical and fictional history, like Wizard of OZ and Romeo and Juliet!

Welcome everybody to the wild, wild west!

This is going to be a quick post evaluating Wild West, a decor store on Stardoll. 
It seems that Stardoll has taken a short break from 'in the decades,' as we take a step back to reflect on past events. Stardoll has released yet another new decor store called Wild West. The prices are quite sane, ranging from 6-27 Stardollars and 49-67 Starcoins. I think from the poll released on opening day, that Stardoll was inspired by Clint Eastwood (as opposed to Will Smith and John Wayne)! The suite items, obviously were to suit the Wild Western times, 1804-1920. Unfortunately, they reminded me of Native Indians O.o But that might just be me! Overall, I think that this is a one-off theme but I loved it! 


The suite items were more furniture, than creating-a-suite-room items! Some pictures:

Rihanna's been holding out on us!

Hey guys!

She's sassy, she's talented, she's a world-famous singer, and she's an actress too! Rihanna, you've been holding out on us! She's smokin' in the cinemas, as the most favourited actress from many of the people that I "interviewed." I've got some pictures here, don't worry, not taken from the actual movie to show you.

Singer-turned-actress Rihanna, makes her motion picture debut acting out Petty Officer Raikes in the movie Battleship (2012). She's got the big guns pulled out for this job and she's not letting them go, playing the rough and tough character that helps save the Earth from extinction and its destruction. I give her five stars for her acting and hope that she continues!

Decades Sequince Flapper Top!

Today's post is about Stardoll's latest fashion trend; in the decades. And I've decided to give you guys a history lesson! Don't worry, it's about fashion though.

So in the 1920's, Flappers were a type of young Western women who wore short skirts, hair in bobs and loved to listened to Jazz music. "Flappers" were acknowledged as wearing excessive makeup, drinking, smoking, driving automobiles and other horrible stuff.

But that's jus background information! Flappers have layers that overlap eachother vertically. Like:

Modelling Clubs - The new Catwalk?

So I've been around in suites and presentations and seen that the majority of the people who have the Achievements subheading in their pres's, have their winners in Modelling Clubs. I think the most well-known MC is AspiringModels by poohg_1996.

So the point of MC is to "get experience" in Modelling and practising your poses. I've been in cycles before and come places. It is alot of pressure, but fun. I recommend it. Here are a list of a few clubs that you can join if you want to join in a cycle:

Me being a People Blogger and a Critic, one club that I was most impressed with was LearnToModel by CandyLilyMay. The girls are wonderful and sporting contestants. I applied for a job in interviewing the winners and if I get it my first question would be: Apart from yourself, who were you going for in the competition from the beginning?

LookBook 18th March

I know sparklewand18 has already created the LookBook, and so I give full credit to her, but this is my LookBook, so enjoy!

Today's lucky model is cherry-mama.

She has great use of RARE's and colour toning. I love her accessories, especially the Zuni Necklace new from Epiphany. The makeup is simple and yet still looks complete! The Cheyenne Dress is very roxy and elegant. Well Done!

Latest Superstar?

So we've all heard of I.like.rice. Cool name, awesome suite and gorgeous look. Also was the manager of very successful OriginalClub, before it got deleted. But now she's winning hotest design! How amazing could it get? This is one girl who will be remembered over the years to come!


I've also seen that she likes cats, and with this passion has made a style out of it! Here are some pictures of her. She is definitely in the running for MSW 2012.
